How Long Do I Have to Return or Exchange a Product?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, please follow the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all accessories, manuals, and materials intact
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be authorized by our team

Are There Any Restrictions?

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sales tax will be refunded to the original method of payment
  • Special orders must be returned to one of our store locations (return shipping for special orders is free)
  • No restocking fee
  • Return shipping is free in all cases
  • No return fees for customer remorse
  • Returns can be made:
    • In-store
    • By mail (we recommend USPS or UPS with tracking)

How to Return a Product by Mail

  1. Include a copy of your original receipt
  2. Add a note explaining your request (e.g., refund, exchange, size change)
  3. Include your contact information (email and phone number)
  4. Ship your return using USPS or UPS and keep the tracking number

Note: If you do not include a receipt, a Tmmindustrial.shop gift card will be issued and mailed to you instead.

What if the Product is Damaged or Defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund. Please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at Service@tmmindustrial.shop and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I Don’t Live Near a Store?

No worries — if you can’t visit in person, you can return your item by mail as described above. We’ll process your return or send a replacement based on availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a gift card to be used on a future order.
